Corrections to PsyCourse Codebook version 4.1

1. In the dataset version 4.1, there is one control individual whose age is 8. This is a data entry mistake. The person is 23 years old. This will be corrected in the next version of the dataset.

2. The ordinal item "v1_scid_no_suic_attmpt" has only three levels: "1-one time", "2-two times", "3-three or more times". The current heading of the item description is thus wrong and should read "Number of suicide attempts (ordinal [1,2,3], v1_scid_no_suic_attmpt)". In the text of the item description, only the three levels should be mentioned.

1. Section "Available Biological Analysis Data", Variable "exome_id" (correction added 04.06.2020)
More subjects were analyzed using this method. In total, 104 bipolar individuals were analyzed. The variable will be updated in the next release of the dataset.

2. Section "Available Biological Analysis Data", Lipidomics profiling analysis IDs (variables v1_lip_id, v2_lip_id, v3_lip_id, v4_lip_id) (correction added 04.06.2020)
Less subjects were analyzed using this method. In total, these were n=310 bipolar individuals, n=234 schizophrenia individuals, and n=266 controls. The variable will be probably be updated in the next release of the dataset.

3. Section "Available Biological Analysis Data", Lipidomics profiling analysis IDs (variables v1_lip_id, v2_lip_id, v3_lip_id, v4_lip_id) (correction added 10.07.2020, update of point 2.)
Less subjects were analyzed using this method. In total, these were N=756 samples of N=620 individuals. Diagnostic composition: n=242 bipolar individuals, n=186 schizophrenia individuals, and n=192 controls. The variable will be updated in the next release of the dataset.

Under the heading "Format of dataset", the incomplete sentence "We recommend to analyze these data with R, using an .RData file and ." should read "We recommend to analyze these data with R, using the .RData files.

In the original eCRF, the coding of the following items is not correct: "v1_sf12_itm9", "v1_sf12_itm10","v1_sf12_itm11","v1_sf12_itm12". Do not use these items for analysis.

There is a small coding error in the variable v1_cat_daypat_outpat_trm. Individuals that were treated 14 times are not included in the variable. However, this affects only 9 individuals.
